Job Title: Associate Software Engineer – Salesforce

Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Development:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop Salesforce solutions.
    • Design, code, test, debug, and deploy scalable and high-performance Salesforce applications.
  2. Configuration and Customization:
    • Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
    • Implement and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
  3. Integration:
    • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
    • Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs.
  4. Testing:
    • Conduct thorough unit testing and support user acceptance testing.
    • Implement and maintain test automation to ensure the reliability of Salesforce applications.
  5. Documentation:
    • Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
    • Ensure documentation is up-to-date with any changes to the Salesforce environment.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other software engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Dedication to quickly learning new technologies.
  • Good coding capabilities.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Final year students and freshers are welcome

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD practices and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
